Last time about a few years ago the ice cream and mix ins were not fresh and flat out stale. Also today the very same thing... happen! Sweet cream was on the verge of freezer burnt and the mix ins Oreo, Heath, Snickers were hard and stale tasting as well.Let me say the CS on 14th and Halsted outshines Oak Lawn with the freshness and overall quality. I went Sunday to get a huge order for me and my coworkers. It was extremely busy! People were being impatient and rude. Like do... you not see they are trying their best. They are tired and still moving as fast as they can. They had a line of tickets on thewall with a line out the door. I patiently waited for my order. Thank you for the order! Great staff! Read more

Great prices. Variety of flavors. New flavors were blueberry and lemon. Mixed that with graham cracker pie crust. The service... efficient and friendly Clean place. The inky thing is i find they don't mix as well so you have the flavours as though you theywee scooped side by side. But that's a minor thing.
