Came here for Sweetest Day/ Bday Celebration, fabulous time! Started off with the wine tasting so we arrived about an hour early... to allow time for that and loved it. Night Jar & Ice Wine are my faves. Then for dinner we ordered: the Pork Belly, very yummykinda sweet; Meatballs, and the Churrasco Steak and added a Parmesan crust to it. We had a beautiful 21st anniversary celebration last night. If you need a spot for your celebration in this area make sure you... make the call. Please avoid this place if you can. The women's bathroom was nasty with human waist in unflushed toilets, no soap, no tissue and... no paper towels. I told them and they did nothing about it. Then they make you wait to be seated if less than 3 of your partyare not there. Finally after waiting almost an hour to be seated our plates and utensils were dirty with old crusted foodresidue on them. The service was very slow and it took over another hour to get the check. As a wine club member I've been coming to this location since they opened, and normally they have excellent service and the food... is delicious. However, last month we were there for our monthly tasting, and I was appalled and disgusted. After using therestroom, I was shocked to discover that both soap dispensers in the ladies room were empty. And when I informed the manager andthe young lady at the desk they acted as though I was bothering them, and it wasn't important. This was wrong on so many levels,that I don't know when to begin. So let's start with the elephant in the room, this is just NASTY!!! How are you running arestaurant serving people and handling food and your workers are using the bathroom and not thoroughly washing their hands. Alsothis is why we can't get out of this pandemic, due to unsanitary situations like this. And finally, for your staff to have alackadaisical attitude about doing something that is mandated by law(OSHA Violation) is absurd. This is a holiday weekend I prayyou have your $#!+ together! The wine is always delicious. This place is usually packed by the wine tasting section so make sure to reserve your time. We had... the surf and turf option with the churrasco grilled steak and potato crusted scallops. A little to greasy and not very flavorfulbut there other dishes are good. Read more
