I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. Today I ordered a pizza with no oregano, it came covered in oregano. A few weeks... ago I ordered 2 pizzas one with extra sausage and the other one just regular. Of course it came the opposite. Pizza wasn?t well cooked, it was still dough from certain parts & It was extremely sloppy made. Called it in to let them know it... wasn?t well cooked & the young lady I spoke to offer me a $5 credit. I asked if that was the only thing she could do she saidthe only way I could get another one is by going back and returning it & exchange it for another one. That was a mistake, sinceshe once again made the second pizza extremely sloppy. She did not wash her hands & touched everything with her bare hands. Theingredients area was messy, she touched her personal phone & touched the ingredients right after without washing her hands.Overall this location looks very messy and dirty. Avoid this location. A few times it was 1 person running everything and she was ok. But when they had a crew of guys the pizza was amazing. I dont... understand why dominoes would have only a young lady there by herself and the guys have a whole crew but to each its own. Ordered pizzas tonight and had the order delivered since we were relaxing and didn't feel like going out. My pizza had chicken... on it which wouldn't be a big deal aside from the fact that I'm a vegetarian. I called to politely let the store know, expectingthat they'd right their wrong and deliver the correct pizza. Instead, they said I'd have to bring the pizza to their store, andthen they'd make a new one (which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery since I didn't want to go out in the firstplace). I wasn't going to do that because it wasn't my fault they messed up. So their solution was a $5 credit for next time,which isn't even enough to cover the cost of a pizza. I ended up having to pick off the chicken, which again isn't a big deal,but if I didn't, I wouldn't have had anything to eat for dinner. Never had an issue with this location before (aside fromregularly forgetting garlic sauce, which also happened tonight) but I'm dumbfounded that they couldn't just re-make the pizzaand deliver it since it was THEIR mistake and we paid for delivery. Super disappointed in the non-chalant attitude that Ireceived. I hope next time they make a mistake on someone's order, they handle it better because some people wouldn't have beenas nice as I was about the situation. Read more
This is the worse dominos pizza ever. Literally, the most sloppy pizza ever! Never ordering from this Oaklawn location again. My... kids only opened it and took a look at it then decided to eat noodles from a cup instead! I mean, I don?t blame them, do youthink this pizza was made right?! Read more
