I updated the new rewards for the Dunkin app. Tried using for the free muffin with med or large coffee purchase and the cashier... said it?s no good will have to order ahead for it to work. The app states that all I have to do is basically show the scan andpay using cash, debit or other payment. I asked for Mgr and the cashier said he wasn?t there, would not give me a name or numberto contact the Mgr. I got the address from her and I proceeded to call the 800 # to file a complaint. Was on hold for over 15mins. What a waste of my time, line was long before I ordered. Will never spend another penny at this location. Wish I couldgive 0 stars. Read more
Every time I stop by at this dunkin between 2-4 pm their system is always updating. Today I stopped at around 3:00 pm and they... told me their system was updating and it would take 15-20 mins, I left and picked up my kids from school and came back at around3:40. I though that would be enough time... nope. Their system was STILL updating, and it would take 15-20 mins!! I told themthat I was there 40 minutes ago and they had told me it would take 20 minutes, the girl at the drive thru was very rude saying Iwas lying about being there 40 mins earlier. Read more
Pretty bad. The only thing they got right was my iced coffee. The breakfast sandwich had one piece of bacon on it. The decaf had... no sugar. I do not recommend this place. The one at 95th and Ridgeland is a lot better. Read more

Wow! This brand new ?Next Generation? Dunkin? drive thru location is amazing. The crew is fast and friendly. Drive thru has a... cool looking digital menu board. The new nitro coffee is smooth. Love the taste of the new ?Beyond Meat? plant based sausagebreakfast sandwich. I tried the on-the-go ordering feature on my Dunkin? app and went straight to the pickup area where I saw myname on the screen telling me my order was ready. I had the worst customer service experience today at this location. The employee(named Angel) on shift gave me the wrong order.... I was calm, polite and simply asked him to correct it or to give me a refund. The employee kept trying to correct me and startedto be rude and obnoxious. Terrible customer care experience. Read more
