I sat in line for 20 minutes with only one guy in front of me and a person was calling with four orders I?m the phone it said if... telling them to hold on and take my order they continue taking the person on the phones or which took more than 20 minutestherefore I just walked out understaffed I have eaten there before food was not bad but their service is horrible nobody wantsto wait for 30 minutes to take a order and then wait another 20 minutes to get their food I would just go to a real steakhouseif I was gonna do that prices are already high enough Read more
Horrible. Little young guy Wouldn't let me use my Tmobile discount! Had never been to Firehouse. Was gonna try it for the first... time. None near my house. Drove 22 miles because there's one not too far from Midway airport. Very dissapointed. No longerinterested in going there. You lost me firehouse plus all my co-workers and military friends. Read more
Do not order online because your food will not be ready when you arrive. The staff really need to be retrained on communication... and understanding what the customer wants. It took 30min from when I arrived from ordering online for the crew to mix up thesandwich request. Also being able to read the ticket so that the sandwich will made correctly. Read more
