Someone on a FB group compared their breaded steak to that of Ricobenes. FAR from it. Steak was chewy, thin, and sauce didn?t go... with it at all. Fries didn?t have any salt on them at all. Pizza was good here years ago. Maybe stick with the pizza only forthe future. Read more
I dont know why I keep coming back when the quality is so terrible. I've been coming to grassanos since 2009 and they used to be... great. Then about 5 years ago I stopped because it started becoming terrible. It was one thing after another. I then onlyordered from them like once or twice a year hoping that theyve gotten better..... But nope. The food is always cold, not what Iordered and quality and taste are just terrible. It's a shame they once used to be so good and I'm so disappointed. I don't knowwhy I keep coming back. I ordered a large pizza tonite and a order of fried zucchini. What I got was an order of fried mushroomsand my pizza was so terrible. It was watery, cheese slid right off, whole entire bottom of crust was wet and soggy. It wasdisgusting. I had no veggies on it to make it watery either. I didn't even call because I know I'll get an attitude and noempathy so I didn't even bother. Don't waste your time going here. No way there's this many good reviews for them. Has to bestaged. Decent pizza, tasted fresh, and customer service was also good. There's a few parking spots, not really a in place to sit down... and eat. You have to ring the bell, and they'll open the window and take your order, young man there came quickly and took ourorder and was polite, pretty cheap as well. Read more
I live in downtown Chicago and have been eating this pizza since I was in elementary school (I?m 28 now) so quite awhile! It?s... definitely worth the hour drive, it was delicious. I added bosco sticks and they?re still amazing. What I come for is the sauce.It?s always crazy good ?? Read more

Pizza arrived within 1hr of the guaranteed time. The food was hot and the driver was nice and knocked on the door. The pizza... wasn't nasty but the sauce is different and I can understand why some don't like it.. but overall wasn't a bad pizza especiallyfor the price. Read more
felt like having something different for lunch, came across Grassano?s pizza. They didn?t have slices but they got delicious... Panzerottis I guess dames as Calzones. Ordered the Cheese Panzerotti, asked for baked. It hit right I. The spot! Baked justright! Crust just right! Just right amount of cheese! And the sauce yummy! Not too overwhelming not too much just right fasttomatoe sauce inside tasted very fresh! Was really glad to have found this place will come back for more and waiting to trytheir pizzas one day! I lived in Oak Lawn the first 24 years of my life and then moved to Plainfield. I've came back to Oak Lawn to visit my Mom amd... family and I am now 59. Grassano's is seriously one of my new favorites. I got a sausage and mushroom pizza and 2 orders ofcrinkle fries. I ordered the pizza easy we'll and it came hot and perfectly cooked. IT was very delicious. The sausage isoutstanding. Even the crinkle fries were done perfectly and very hot. Thank you fpr giving me a new Italian option for pizza. Iwill try other items as well.
