I don't know the manager's name that worked this morning bit he was a God send. I went to get my son breakfast before school and... at the payment window realized I didn't have my wallet. I had an electronic card to pay but it wouldn't allow me to tap pay. Iwas sooo embarrassed ???? buy that man paid for my son's breakfast this morning and only asked for me to do a survey in return.I am so thankful ???? to him!!! This was a clean experience as the lot, menu board, and general outside was clean and should make the heads at McDonalds proud.... The customer service was pretty good and the turn-around time was very short dispite the fact that this was just at the tail-endof the morning rush and the drive-thru lines were pretty congested. Worth the visit if you want that McDonalds taste. Read more
Absolutely horrible today . The woman taking orders was just flat out rude..They gave me 1 fry when I ordered 2 and when I... mentioned it they said there was only one charged. They Asked for my receipt, well the lady at the first window handed it tome ripped with the bottom half gone. They said they tried to reprint one but couldn't so gave me the second fry AFTER arguingwith me... 3 different people argued about my receipt . Then my food was horrible. Burgers were dry and cold, fries were hardand cold. TERRIBLE service all the way around. Read more
Worst location ever. Every time I either visit thru the drive thru or inside, I regret coming. Very slow service, completely... ignore you when you go inside. Waited at least 10 min just for someone to take my order and on top of that , extremely rude.Would rather burn my money. Read more
I must of went on a good day or a day because it was raining hard and not much foot traffic. I say this because my experience... with this location was pleasant, the cashier was nice, the food came pretty fasts and I was given hot fries as requested. Thedinning room was opened back up just recently and I decided to dine in as opposed to taking my food somewhere else to eat. Theplace looks small from the outside but upon my visit and going to the ladies restroom I noticed their is an additional seatingarea all the way in the back. The place was clean and so was the restroom on this day, but I gave this location a four stars ??because the chicken nuggets were not hot and a little hard. Read more
I went thru drive thru at 1130pm to feed my son. When ordering a 2 cheeseburger meal I was told they only have quarter pounders... and chicken products. She said we are closing and this is all we have. So I proceeded and said fine give me a quarter poundermeal and a 6 PC nugget. She replies we only have spicy chicken and filet and that's it. When I got to the window to pay I saidI've never went to a McDonalds for them to say they are out of meat. She replied oh we are not out of meat. But we are about toclose and we make the meat and put it into pans and then we close down the grills and fryers And I said oh u cooked all the meatbeforehand. She replies yes and these are the only 3 products we have left. So here I'm shocked. And wanted to not pay and justleave. But it was late and my son was hungry. So then I get the food. And it cold and u can definitely taste and feel how oldthe meat was. I mean this is 30 mins before closing and I found this to be disturbing and terrible service. Beyond terrible.This location has gotten so bad where I don't see myself ever going back. I've lived in oak Lawn for 40 years and this locationhas gotten so terrible with rude employees and terrible quality food. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You definitely lostme as a customer. Placed my order. Wanted to eat inside the restaurant. But I forgot to add the sauce to the potatoes. He sat down at the table... and still wanted to take the sauce. But the staff ignored me. When I insistently asked for potato sauce, the girl listened tome and left. This is not correct behavior. I'll try not to come here again. Read more
I used to go here regularly but I?m done. Pulled up to the drive thru and nobody waited on me. (This is the second time now.) A... car had just gone through there and placed an order before me so I know they were open. I waited 4 minutes and was asking ifanyone was there? no response. A car pulls in to the second lane and gets waited on after waiting about a minute. I left- that?stotally rude. Read more
