This is only the third or fourth time my wife and I have been to Meatheads but the first time I remembered to write about... them. So we went yesterday, and my wife had the nacho cheese fries, along with a chili cheese hot dog, and I had the Texanranch burger with bacon cheese fries. Now aesthetically, this location isn't much to talk about. The color scheme was a bitdrab and I think they need to reconfigure a bit to take advantage of the window views. As for the food, YES!!!!!! Excellentburger...tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and the fries were nice and crispy with the house-made bacon. My wife loved the chilicheese dog and nacho fries, though her fries were a tad bit salty. Though the food was a little pricey, it was at least worthit. The customer service was fantastic! Rhonda (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was the manager and she is great at smalltalk and making customers feel welcome. I would go back simply to talk to her, that's how welcome she made you feel. So as longas you don't expect great aesthetics, you will enjoy a nice sit down meal with great customerservice. Trash, I order the Nashville chicken sandwich the breading fell off the first bite , which then left the chicken , naked without... any seasoning a total waste , I m so disappointed by the picture of the sandwich the veggie had more taste Read more

I would recommend going here for good food and a smile. Below is my story about this store My experience here is amazing because... of one of the ladies who works there made everyone smile, the first time I walked in. I got chipotle(next door), but my ladywanted a burger, so that's why I went into Meatheads. Order my food, whatever, sit down with my drinks to wait. Now there's acouple with a 6, 7 yr old boy and as he's leaving he wants to hand in his burger coloring page. There's a wall filled with themif you go in. Now comes the woman who makes that place great. She's an African American woman with a slight, but beautiful, gapin her smile, you've probably met here there yourself. She made this kid feel like a superstar for his picture and made everyonelaugh with her kindness. Within just a few moments she showed more respect and knowledge to that young man then most teachers doin a year. I go back every now and again and she treats every kid like they're someone unique special and a pleasure tomeet. Today Aug 11, I stopped in with my own son after a dentist appointment and she got to chatting him up so sweetly, that itwas infectious. The good vibes were flowing and as we're walking out he said that she may have been the nicest lady he's evermet and now she's his friend. The indoor dining was nice. It's fast food but they bring it to your table. Utensils, napkins and condiments as well. They even... filled our drinks from the self serve soda fountain. The staff was super friendly and checked on us several times .Burgerstasted good, bacon cheese fries are average. It might seems bit over priced to some. Average is about $30 for two adults.Although it's superior to B.K. or M.D. I left happy and satisfied . Read more
Terrible experience-bad enough to write this review. Friday night, we pulled up to this location at 8:20pm. My son walked up to... the door to see if they were open. The sign said 9pm and the door was unlocked. As he came back to the car to get the rest ofthe family, the two ladies working in the kitchen watched what he was doing. The five of us then walked into the restaurant. Thetwo said ladies shouted to a girl sitting in the dining room that she had customers. The girl came to the register and as westarted giving her our order, she said the register was broken. As we stood there, she then told us ?besides, we close at 8:30?.They clearly did not want to cook for us that late at night. On our way out the door, I told them that if they didn?t want usthere, they should have locked the door rather than allowing him to come back with the whole family.
