We come to this Starbucks religiously in the mornings. We went in today at 5:40pm and some African American lady had the worst... attitude !!! She treated my wife very poorly she seemed mad and upset she was at work. We will not be coming back during theafternoon! And hope someone addresses the lack of work ethic she has. Read more
I enjoy Starbucks and have occasionally stopped in at this location. One guy was at the end was trying his best, making all the... drinks for the 5 people who were waiting. Two of the three girls (not very busy) who I spoke with were extremely rude andunhelpful. I've never been treated like that before and it's unfortunate to see such a lack of kindness, respect, much lesscustomer service. I will not be returning to support them. Read more
So, initially, I had a great person take my order. After ordering, I sat at a table, as there were a lot of people standing by... the pickup counter. While waiting for my drink to be finished, I noticed that everyone that arrived after me had their namescalled. I walked to the counter, and saw that my drink was just sitting there. At no point was my name called like others tostate that my beverage was ready. So, not the greatest experience at this location. Read more

Ok so I normally go through drive thru but tonight I ordered over the app. Called in a to make sure my order was made the way I... wanted it. After waiting in drive thru for what seems like forever. My caramel ribbon frappe was not made right. Afterexplaining to the cashier how my drink should be. She takes it to the manager then brings me back a drink. I'm thinking theyremade my drink. Nope it's water instead of double blended. I order extra items and only the Carmel seemed to be almost correct.This drink is a fail! Used to go to 79th and Cicero or 79th and Harlem. This location always feels so welcoming. It's the only Starbucks I've felt... comfortable sitting inside. They never have boxes or garbage anywhere. Somedays, the workers are low or down, but that's becausethey're not robots and they're people. It's only every now and then, anyway. I love this place. It's been my favorite locationfor a while now!
