I’m sorry but I honestly had to leave a review. I’m typically very grateful for anything I’m served at a restaurant. But... this was the worst experience ever. The only good thing was our waiter. She was a sooooo sweet. Firstly. When we walked in thegentleman that seats you was sitting and took his time coming to greet us. I genuinely thought he was a customer. Then thealcoholic drink although we’re sweet you couldn’t taste or feel the alcohol and I’m a very light weight and felt nothing.My partner and I ordered steaks and when they got to the table they were hard! We asked for medium and medium rare. They werewell well done. The mashed potato’s had hard potato in them. And lastly the mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a boxbought at Walgreens. Lastly they didn’t bring water to the table till we got our food which I understood partially cause atsome restaurants you do have to ask for the water but the cups had dried food on them. Upon entering the establishment you would expect to be greeted by the host to seat you. Much to my dismay me and my guest waited... for someone to assist us and 4 minutes into my wait another couple came in and all four of us waited an additional 2 minutesbefore I peeped around the corner to see no other than the the hostess sitting down. She see me and immediately start to do herjob and seat us. As we traveled to what was a hazardous lawsuit of a maze of water puddles to get to our dirty table and seats.The bright spots were the waiter Danny who did what needed to be done in respect to making sure the order was in correctly andthe meal was prepared well and it came out promptly However the plates the food came on was dirty. I recommend the manager walksthe floor to see what his employees are NOT doing such as making sure the restaurant is safe and hazardous free…. Read more
Service was good, not great but good, was satisfied, I had the "The Big Lit" drink which I thought was pretty good, I think its... just a long island iced tea my girl had the double berry mojito which was also pretty good for those mojito lovers, I orderedthe Cajun shrimp and Chicken Pasta dinner which I wasn't overly excited about, it tasted a bit bland I needed to add salt to itand I NEVER add salt to my food, I don't think I'll be ordering that again, my daughter had the mozzarella sticks and macaroniwhich she loved (but then again shes only 10 am i right) but overall I'd say my experience was good, our waiter was good checkedin on us a couple of times, 3 out of 5 stars Read more
I went out with friends to celebrate our girl's Birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated quickly. Our... waitress came over after a few minutes and took our orders. She was NOT attentive at all! She only had one other table that wasbefore us so there wasn't any reason for her not to pay attention. She brought our food out but never came back to check to seeif the food was ????ok! The Birthday girl ordered shrimp & pasta that was so bland when she tasted it and she didn't want it!It took 10 minutes for the waitress to return to our table. She didn't bring any napkins, she never offered us refills on ourdrinks! I ordered chicken, broccoli and tortellini and it was BLAND!!! I put lots of black pepper on it just to taste something!I will NEVER return to TGIF ever again! Went to this location to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The wait to be seated was outrageous and the kept seating parties... that arrived after me. Finally got seated and the crammed a party of seven into a small round both with water from the air ventsdripping onto my sons clothes and in his hair. Waiter was trying to be a comedian and actually insulted one of my guest. When weasked to move the manager gave us a hard time and the restaurant was virtually empty at the time. Was not so good experience here first thing is that it's very pricey and next thing is , food was not fresh , it was stale.. But... I must say that customer service were really nice.All staffs were polite and friendly.Also deserts were good so only desertrecommended.. Read more
Ordered delivery and was totally disappointed. Ordered two different pasta dishes and both lacked flavor. Pasta sauce tasted... watered down and pasta was mushy. We also ordered an appetizer platter which was a huge waste of money. The cheese sticks werehalf cooked, boneless wings were hard and crispy, potato skins were saturated in grease, and we found a hair on the potstickers. Yea, not ordering delivery again. Read more
