I ordered10 sliders ,5 with cheese, and 2 double cheeseburgers and a fry,to my surprise .The burgers tasted as if they were ... leftovers from much earlier in the shift, because the onions were dark brown near burnt, and it appears as if the fry binwas cleaned out and given to me.As a life long customer of White Castle , I was disappointed. For some reason always seems like this location is short staffed. Ordered thru the app for earliest time they had available. I... only live couple minutes away and therefore left at the time it was supposed to be ready. Arrived inside and waited my turn tosay I was here for an app order. The gentleman was good and courteous and found the order. However, it wasn't even started. Hesaid he would take care of it, and he did, he went and made the entire order. But the tine was still about 20 minutes later thanit was supposed to be ready. They need more employees, or a proper staffing schedule. Next time, I am going to try to give them20-30 minutes before i come to pick it up and I hope it will be ready with that length of tine given. Read more
Have not been in Chi town for a while , obviously this was the first place I went to get my slider fix. The best of all of... them, the one in Vegas overpriced and just not the same.!!! Wife pulled this out of one the burgers from Oak Lawn White Castle. Waited nearly 10 minutes for food with only 3 cars in line... on a Friday night. Someone needs to call OHSA and/or Food Inspection because this is ridiculous. Look at other reviews too Inoticed 3 saying hair in food as well Read more
Food is good. Service in lobby is extremely slow.
