Gift Card Fraud!!! Horrible, horrible experience. Not only did these employees not give me my gift card or receipt back at the... drive-thru, but one of them used my card to fraudulently purchase a venti-sized drink. Went through the drive-thru and beforeleaving the parking lot, realized I hadn?t been given my gift card back, which had a substantial amount of money on it. When Iwent back to retrieve the card, not only did the employees inside the store fail to apologize but were completely disingenuousand rude. The whole interaction gave me a bad feeling so once I got home I checked my purchase history and saw that after theycharged me for my order at 9:14 a.m., there was a separate charge at 9:18 (four whole minutes later) for a drink (a Venti?aniced shaken espresso with classic syrup) that I hadn?t ordered. While this additional purchase was voided afterwards, I?m fairlycertain it was only canceled because I went back into the store to demand my card back and had a rather unpleasant exchange withone of the employees who took offense to my being offended by his disingenuous attitude. I thought maybe my bad experience was a one time thing. But sadly it has been the same poor service every time I visit this... location . I enter the store and the drive thru and the mobile orders dominate the day. It?s not busy in the store but somehow Istill have to wait for more than 15 minutes and many times the order is wrong. I order some cinnamon on my iced coffee. Nocinnamon ? and after waiting for over 15 minutes I can?t get anyones attention to sprinkle some cinnamon on the drink. But itseems all locations prioritize mobile orders and drive thru and that leaves the in-house experience a bad thing. Read more

This must be a training facility for new hires. The three orders before and including mine were wrong. The outside patio and... inside seating area felt like a busy bus station with lots of bored children. The drive through weaved it's way through theshopping mall parking lot. Not sure why people bother. GH Read more
