We went here for my friend's birthday and it was my first time coming to this place. When we were seated, our waiter came to ask... us for any drinks to get us started and we told him we wanted to do wine tasting. He told us to hold on a second and walked off.He went to talk to a coworker and came back 5 minutes later. Then he took our wine choices. Proceeding the night, he wasn't tooattentive of us and when he took our entree order, we had to repeat it three times because 2 of those times he was looking atother waiters and customers. So after the third time, he finally got our order right and went to put it in. Keep in mind it wasonly 2 of us and we ordered very simple entrees. When we were done he asked for any desserts and I told him we were celebratinga birthday and if the restaurant did anything for birthdays. He looked at my friend (birthday girl) and said no. That I had tobuy a dessert and the restaurant doesn't offer it. I was honestly shocked on the way he said it and his only solution was for itto be bought. I've worked at restaurants before and instead of saying no, we usually just got a manager and the manager woulddecide to approve something or not. He didn't even offer to talk to a manager. So then I just asked for the check. Anotherserver came by and asked if we were okay and I asked him about birthday desserts. This nice, young man said that the restaurantDID do birthday desserts and that he would work something out. He came back very quickly with a birthday dish and was very niceand attentive of us afterwards. Definitely made the night more better for us than our original waiter. Read more

Cooper's Hawk Winery provided our group a midday tasting. What better way to spend Halloween than with wine, food and friends.... The tasting room offered two different wine tasting, eight pours of either Varietal or Sweet. The attendants were outstanding,however did not really know the wine aside from reading off the menu. The more we drank the hungrier we became. The tasting roomhas some rules regarding no food, however we were told we could order, munch and drink at the bar. In trying to enjoy ourselves,we kept the tasting going in groups, however the attendees were told they couldn't serve us from management. When asked thefloor manager said it's too hard to keep track of whose drinking once we left the tasting. Fair statement and we asked if wecould get the remaining pours sent to the bar... a no go with five more to go. We had ordered a round of appetizers and closedout what could have been a much larger spend as we would have stayed for more. This would have been a 3 star, save for thewonderful bar staff, food and tasting room attendants. Read more
Amazing customer service. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly! My husband and I learned more about wine with the waiter.... And the food was delicious. I recommend it for special occasions or even a chill time spent with friends. Read more
