This was a disappointing experience. They were out of at least three things that we tried to order. The food was mediocre. The... horchata tasted syrupy sweet, not refreshing. They have GF DF doughnuts but they were unable to provide a list of ingredients soI was unable to try them. On the plus side the hot sauce is hot and the food is all gluten-free. Read more

Usually have have such great service, but received HORRIBLE Customer Service in this day. I called Inos on 11/10 at 6pm about 4... times. Each time the person answering the phone put me on hold and never came back. Each time, I hung up and called right back?. just for the same person to answer the phone, put me on hold and leave me there. Read more

I ordered the taco package for 50 people. The chicken tacos, beans and salsa were very good but the tacos Al pastor were... phenomenal!! They sent a ton of lettuce, cilantro, onion and tomatoes. I was expecting tray of meat and tortillas on the sidebut every taco was individually wrapped. We also tried a few vegan tacos for my son and he was happy too. Great service andcommunication leading up to the party as well. Read more

I have eaten almost their entire menu minus breakfast and a few other items I still have to try. Their tacos are delicious, the... fajitas are the bomb, and while the guacamole might be a bit on the spicy side for my taste I still polished it off as my mouthburned and my sinuses drained because it's just that good. I don't know how they make their bean dip but it's one of the best Ihave ever had. I have a wheat allergy so it's great to go into a place and not have to worry as the owner does not allow anyoutside food or drink in so there's no chance of cross-contamination. She also takes good care of her employees. So whether youhave food allergies or not (my mom doesn't and she loves Ino's as well) definitely check them out. Now if only I could get themto deliver the days I work from home... Read more

These tacos are so delicious, they almost ruined my marriage! My husband prides himself on his taco making abilities (and they... are good, I admit), but one day he overheard me telling someone that I liked the Ino?s tacos better?. I stand by what I said. They?re delicious, they are super safe for gluten free people and mindful of dairy issues (of which I have to be careful ofboth). Have also tried the flautas and taco bowl- both were good. Keep going back to those really good tacos though! Read more

This place is a joke, I ordered a steak fajita dinner which cost us $16.95 before tax and it looked like it was already half... eaten. I called the restaurant and spoke to the person who made the dinner I'm assuming it was the owner/ manager and he said Imade it and it's all portion controlled. I said seriously it looks like someone had eaten out if it. He said well that's what wegive with our dinner I told him for that cost I could have bought 3 steak tacos and would have gotten more food and paid lotsless. If you look at the pic you see why I'm writing this rev. They may have the Inos name but by NO WAY are they anythinglike the other Inos. He proceeded to say take your business else where if you not happy. No need to tell me that sir because Iwill not ever go back. Sadly I had to select a star to leave my review. Read more
