Sad to see that the quality has decreased over the years. The positives are the staff are very kind plus the lattes and pastries... are delicious. However, the salad I ordered today had browning apples and the quiche was nothing special. I don’t understandwhy they can’t serve us on normal plates. The take out containers are very wasteful. Today was my third visit to Lea. We ordered 1-1/2 hours ahead, but the order wasn't ready when we arrived. We waited fifteen... minutes for the completed order. There is no sense of urgency from the staff. The Pompidou was lackluster. The croissant wasdelicious, however, there was a VERY skimpy amount of ham and cheese in the sandwich. It wasn't worth $12.00. Not a good value,so I'm not returning. Read more

We love their croissants- they are flaky and fresh, the way a croissant should be, and perfect with their coffee. The baguettes... are also very good. You order on a screen when you go in, which I have no problem with, but it might throw people off on a firstvisit. The atmosphere is nice- clean and modern, and staff has always been friendly when I've been in. Read more

This one is in downtown Chicago and the place is filthy dirty, patrons are “cleaning” tables and chairs with paper napkins... while workers behind the counters watch. The amount of plastic and waste is appalling. I dislike the computer ordering stationwhich precludes any actual human interaction. The food is satisfactory at best and would be better with actual plates andcutlery. Embarrassing. Read more

Le Pompidou ( croissant, ham and cheese) just okay nothing stand out. Lemonade is not worth the price. Mariano is... better. Croissant here are below average. Starbucks is better. Coffee temperature way too hot. Read more

Croissant and coffee were good. But without any dining service like plates, utensils, waiters, etc. it cost me 20 dollars what... is overly expensive for this type of service. I see on pictures that service was better before. It is inexcusable when businessis using COVID as reason to decrease service level and at the same time raise prices. Read more

One of the best croissants I've ever had , it literally melts in your mouth. They also serve metropolis coffee with a full... espresso bar which is a huge bonus ,the customer service was on point as well the blonde lady working up front was extremelyfriendly, needless to say I'll be back. Read more
