My wife and I came to check out the highly touted creative mole sauce inspired dishes by Chef Paco. We were not disappointed as... the service was great and the food was even better. We ordered the fiesta mole plate that comes with 6 chicken & cheeseenchiladas with very eloquent flavors of mole sauces. The sauces were all delicious and we had a couple of favorites that wereally liked. This place is a nice change from what we’ve come to expect from a traditional Mexican restaurant. We also hadthe Jamaica margarita which was very tasty as well. Sitting on the patio while enjoying a nice meal in a beautiful neighborhoodwas a real treat. Read more
Not your average taco and burrito joint. Shift Paco will come by and to share specialties and standards - like his delicious... homemade Fiesta moles. Oh my God. They change, but we had Poblano, Green Pipian, Hazelnut, White Mole, Chocolate and ZucchiniBlossoms. Delicious food. I had the enchiladas with Pancho Villa sauce had a good kick. My wife had fiesta mole each sauce had its own... unique flavor not spicy but very good. This is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been yet. Read more
