My wife and I came to check out the highly touted creative mole sauce inspired dishes by Chef Paco. We were not disappointed as... the service was great and the food was even better. We ordered the fiesta mole plate that comes with 6 chicken & cheeseenchiladas with very eloquent flavors of mole sauces. The sauces were all delicious and we had a couple of favorites that wereally liked. This place is a nice change from what we’ve come to expect from a traditional Mexican restaurant. We also hadthe Jamaica margarita which was very tasty as well. Sitting on the patio while enjoying a nice meal in a beautiful neighborhoodwas a real treat. Read more
Not your average taco and burrito joint. Shift Paco will come by and to share specialties and standards - like his delicious... homemade Fiesta moles. Oh my God. They change, but we had Poblano, Green Pipian, Hazelnut, White Mole, Chocolate and ZucchiniBlossoms. The Tampiqueña was quite good and the Stuffed Portobello with Cascabel peppers sauce actually was Oh my God good. Read more
Delicious food. I had the enchiladas with Pancho Villa sauce had a good kick. My wife had fiesta mole each sauce had its own... unique flavor not spicy but very good. This is definitely worth a visit if you haven't been yet. Read more

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The chef himself comes out to take your order and tell... you about the menu. Our food was beyond fantastic. We had the queso fundido appetizer. I had the Al Pastor tacos. My husband hadthe Fiesta Mole. Read more
I arrived before my party. I sat there for over 10 minutes without anyone asking me if I wanted something to drink. (At about... the 5 minute mark, I asked the hostess if she knew what the lightest beer they have is. She said she didn't but would find outand come back. She never did. I figured that was a good hint that I wanted a drink.) Then the first person in my party arrived.We waited another 10 minutes until I caught the owner at the table next to us on his 3rd visit to them and asked if we could geta drink. 20 minutes without a server attending to us is no bueno. The restaurant was not busy, so there is no reason for theservice to be so slow. I understand that Chef Paco likes to be the face of his restaurant, but he has to do better. The food wasokay. Nothing great. The amount is very little for $33. It is a place I would go back to if my friends wanted to, but not by myown choice. Read more
What can I say about the fabulous "oh my god" chef Paco!!! Well, he makes the experience absolutely PERFECT!! He is so... passionate about his magical creations that melt in your mouth!!
