I normally love Potbelly, but this location is questionable. My sandwich was burnt and the mac and cheese was chunky.
I ordered the vegetarian avocado sandwich and after taking a bite found out there was meat on it. Seriously?! The employees were... also openly complaining about how they?re overworked and underpaid. Read more

Worst potbelly I ever been too? my sandwich was made all wrong and I wait all the way to got home to eat? such a disappointment?... their were no mushrooms on my pizza melt and if you didn?t have why let the customer know? Unlike the unprofessional staff (Tamia) on Taylor Street in Chicago... I was welcomed with a smile and greeted with enthusiasm... by Bradon. I finally got my Chicken Pot Pie Soup and my Chicken Sandwich. My food was hot, fresh, tasty and served with a smile.I even received a spoon, napkins and crackers without having to ask. AFTER my horrible ordeal on Taylor St with Tamia (Manager)I swore I would NEVER patronize another Potbelly. BUT as they say NEVER say NEVER. OR MAYBE because I'm NOT in Chicago and I wasin Oak Park made the difference. Thank You Brandon for exemplifying what a GREAT POTBELLY WORKER SHOULD DO, ACT AND PERFORM. My son ate half of his sandwich and found a bug inside. They had the nerve to get mad because I ate the chips and one pop prior... to knowing about the bug????Make it make sense! The location is convenient, employees were nice, and food was good. The only HUGE downside was that the restaurant was DIRTY... including the bathroom. Read more
