The worst place to order from. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. I got a regular pizza with peppers. I called... them to let them know what happened. They said they would send another pizza to me. Never showed up and I couldn?t get throughto them via phone. What a joke. Read more
First and last time I?ll ever order from this place new to area so we googled some pizza places this was close and menu looked... good were lovers of a soft crust we expressed this when ordering delivery time was great pizza was hot but we can see crust allaround was dark brown bottom of a slice was BLACK there was also cheese oozing on to the cardboard box that cheese was black apiece of it was taken off pictures were taken we immediately called back we got a hassle from whom I spoke to claimed to beowner or manager I asked twice our you the manager gentleman said uuuuygh yeah it came out as I am whoever you want me to be fora small pizza that was $30.00 I want it cooked the way we like it not over cooked hard crust that?s black on the bottom not tomention heavily salted Italian sausage we were asked not to touch it but that was impossible because we wanted to see how entirepizza looked we took 1 piece my husband did to try it prior to calling he could barely chew the thing that made us more angryand the customer service we received was terrible another pizza was re-delivered the first one was taken back by driver thatkept pushing for a tip $7.00 delivery charge for a 5 minute ride is your tip how dare they push that tablet up in your face thathas tip amounts ONLY this place is over priced for a small pizza $30.00 I?ll stay with Old-world in Elmwood park awesome placeand I can get a LARGE pizza ???? for 30.00 BOTTOM line overpriced, rude customer service horrible salty pizza ???? we ended uptossing it ! Pizza was soggy g on the bottom. I ordered bread sticks which I would assume came with marinara so I didn't think to order the... marinara I get home no marinara and I have blue cheese and ranch dip.I call to ask why so I have salad dressing with my breadsticks was told Idk...Kinda upset and the bread sticks were not as flavorful as the usually are... Prices are hilariously outdated. A 14" thin crust pizza here list for $16 plus $2.75 per topping I ordered 2 toppings it came to... $31.20 I asked if I could pay cash they said yes. The driver shows up with no change forcing me to tip him more than the $5 Iwanted to. Nice little racket they've got there, but it's not a sustainable business model.
