My family & I stopped by this past weekend. We were seated right away , service was good. However food was a big no. My husband... ordered a well done burger & as soon as he bit into it it was all pink. My daughter ordered a well done steak dinner & a few ofher steaks were also very pink. We got a couple drinks & my husband's dinner off the bill. However for the $115 we spent ondinner here, it unfortunately wasn't worth it. It was our first time dining here & most likely last. Love Fridays! But gotta say service has went way down! Was not greeted when I first came through the door. Had to go and find an... associate to give me my online order. Make sure everything was in the bag. No one was even at the Bar to offer me a drink! Allthe associates were in the kitchen area! Had to ask someone to help me out with even knowledge of my on-line phone order! I'vegotta say it was not my usual live fun Friday after work cocktails, turn to dinner party. I was here 8/27 & it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. 1st of all we had to find someone to seat us & when the... waitress finally did she seemed to have an attitude. She never gave her name, once she took our order she never came back to thetable to check on us. They only brought out one of our dinners(boneless wings) & we ended up waiting so long for the rest of ourfood that we asked for the manger(who was just walking around not knowing what’s going on & didn’t check on the guests) &had the rest of the items removed ; he honestly should’ve given us the wings free because of the horrible service. Not sure what happened to this restaurant, I used to like coming here. Last night, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by after a... movie, so it had to be around 10pm, the place appeared busy so we decided to order to go. We were greeted by a young ladysitting across the entrance and we informed her we decided to take out. She then instructed us to walk towards "the red bags",which turned out to be the kitchen area, and place our order there, We stood there for a while and no one attended us. Westarted to notice the area was not clean and there was a weird smell around the area. Since we were standing between the bar andwhere the staff places table orders, we asked a young man if it was fine for us to sit at the bar, have some drinks and order togo. He politely told us it was fine and so we walked over to the bar and sat down. The bar was dirty, there was particles alongthe entire surface of the bar and so we waited for the bartender to wipe the bar. The bartender did not acknowledge us at all,we sat there and waited. Shortly after, the young lady that greeted us when we arrived, walked over to the female bartender andwas talking to her in private and before we knew it the bartender said out loud "I'm not doing any take out orders! They can sitthere all they want!" Beside a woman who was drinking across from us, we were the only ones sitting at the bar. Everyone elsewere sitting at the tables behind us, eating. I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed and asked the young woman who firstgreeted us, why? I couldn't understand what we did wrong and why the treatment. Good and fast service. Nice and helpful server. However the seats ???? wear painful. As soon as we finished eating we had to go.... The music was Meek Mill, lil baby, Kanye which is fine ???? but had the booth been more comfortable we would of order a 2nddrink. Read more

I ordered online the shrimp dinner. I ordered it at 11:51 am and door dash delivered it at 1:34. I called door dash and they... transferred my call to TGI's guest relations. I told rep. It took so long for delivery food was cold. He took notes and assuredme someone would contact me with a credit in 1-2 days. I placed my order Nov 22nd. He also sent me a copy of email with ref# 3622667 I have emailed them 3 different times about this. Each time I received a email saying they would escalate complaint andsomeone would contact me.I haven't received no call or credit. I am very disappointed in TGI Fridays!
