Does not answer drive-through during open business hours. Second review view months later, this place should be shut down.... They'll walk right up to you while your eating their mostly melted ice cream and start mopping your shoe not kidding. Place isfilthy inside and out, it's gross. Read more

Last week I ordered ice cream at the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier who also scooped my ice cream was... found with the tip of his thumb in his mouth. I was disgusted and drove off, leaving the food there. I went again tonight, I seethe same man outside of the restaurant stuffing trash in the dumpster. The drive thru screen was down so it appeared that I hadto order at the window. By the time I got to the window to place my order, I see the same man at the register prepared to takemy order. I asked if he was just outside throwing trash away, he confirmed. I asked him did he wash his hands. He told me thathe used hand sanitizer. I could tell that he was about to prepared my food as well as ring me up with filthy hands as he haddone a week prior. I had to pull off again, this time without ordering. What is not clear about hand sanitation to thisestablishment? I can only imagine what goes on while no one's watching. Ugh! I have to report this to the health department. Read more
Run from this location. I ordered donut holes and 3 scoops of ice cream and a double scoop.They ran out of the pralines and... cream. After eating a few of the donut holes, I find a dead bee at the bottom of the box. HOW? HOW DID YOU NOT SEE THIS BEFOREPUTTING ITEMS IN THE BOX. NASTY!! Or simply don't care. Read more
Visited the drive-thru line to get ice cream for a 4 year old. He selected the Monster Kids Cup. The attendant asked what kind... of ice cream he wanted in it. Each choice we gave was met with "We're out of that one." No Oreo, vanilla, chocolate, orstrawberry. We finally asked what types were available and were told "peanut butter and pistachio almond." Needless to say wegot the peanut butter and after eating one spoonful, the kid said it was "nasty" and didn't eat another bite. Read more
I went here today at 2:58pm to get some ice cream with my siblings and the woman on the intercom was terrible, she probably... shouldn't be working in customer service AT ALL! She didn't even greet us upon arrival, her attitude was terrible, we almostleft. I couldn't see her name tag, it was too small but she is a black woman. Unfortunately, she makes a bad name for thecompany. If she didn't want the job, she should not have applied. Anyhow, I'll pray for her. Read more
The Indian gentleman working August 3 at 10 PM was horrible. Asked for cookies and cream got salted caramel instead also asked... for it to be on a cone but he gave it to me in a cup, refuse to put it on a cone because he said "you are driving so thinkbest". Then gives me a cone in the bag, but I asked for it on the cone. Huge pieces of ice in my ice cream to almost died. Read more
Once we got our food, it was the best breakfast in the world! Well maybe not since it was fast food. Delicious if anything else!... Would not wish for any employee to be alone. She made that sh*t with love, and you could taste it! Overall, would recommend! Read more
