I made my order the night before and received a confirmation email the next day. When I showed up for my pick up the system... still had it in the yellow screen. It said I was still editing it (which I wasn't). But it was no problem for the TWO workersthat were in there alone at the moment. They handled it and got me out with no issues. I thank them both! I ordered 2 pizzas one with lite sauce and came home to sit and eat omg the pizza was extra dry and that is not how I ordered it... I didn't know you can order a extra dry pizza. Pizza and chicken was burnt after waiting an additional 20 minutes parked out front. I took the food back in and was told that... the ovens have been broken. I wrote to corporate because it was after hours. I received a call from the manager at 930 pm. Hewas rude and abrasive. Telling me that it sounds like I want something for free. Huh??? I had paid already. What I wanted waspizza that he would eat. I disconnected the call after being disrespected and wrote again to corporate to explain what had takenplace. I placed an online order. An hour and a half later it finally left the store. They delivered in the opposite direction according... to the map for the better part of another hour, and then Mark my order is delivered without delivering it. When I called topolitely ask what had happened, the person on the other end of the phone got angry with me and hung up. At this point they'vestolen $40 worth of pizza from me. I can only hope corporate will give me a refund. Get your pizza anywhere else but this place. Read more

Delivery driver and system lied about order being delivered. Store never answered call. Had to go up to the store before they... closed for them to void the transaction,which I did not ask for. Person did not want to help me in any way,and wouldn't even usethe Domino's system to figure out anything. Did not want to give me manager's info nor district manager's info. Think they didsomething nasty to my food. Will not return and will write letter to corporate to resolve. Terrible service. Will not return. Read more
