Ordered a large round pizza for delivery. Paid by phone. Pizza never shows up. Store is now closed. Worst experience with a... pizza place ever, hands down. I waited from 8:50pm til 10:15pm for food that never came. We could have gone anywhere else andate. Less than a star would be more appropriate. EDIT: Since it's thru Door dash, the pizza got dropped off, unannounced, at10:40pm, left on porch in the rain. It's cold and we had something else already. None of my food was prepared the way it was ordered. I ordered an antipasto salad with no tomato no mozzarella add feta... it... was loaded with tomato and mozzarella and of course no feta that was extra money! . Next i ordered pizza for my family they lovethe flavor crust! No flavor crust on either pizza. One of the pizza was a special pepperoni that they advertised and it had atotal of 12 pepperoni TWELVE!!!!! DISGUSTING!!! This location used to be decent..sadly I don?t know what happened, the last 2 pizzas I?ve gotten were all off,... this last time the crust was extremely salty from the flavor, barely any cheese was added, the vegetables slid off when I pickedthe slice up and the dough was raw, it seems like highschool students are making the pizzas, although there?s nothing wrong withhighschool students working; half baked, bland, nasty pizzas and lack-luster dismissive customer service isn?t helping; althoughthe owner is nice much improvement is needed. I visited this location for the first time last week. Pizza was great. Crust was made just right. Hungry Howies can get kinda... thick. Just enough sauce where it's not falling in my lap after I bite into it. Toppings amount was good. The only reason Ididn't give a 5 star was because of customer service. It's a part of your job to "speak" to customers. Cashier/ Order taker,didn't say anything to anyone. Just because you're looking at me "with a mask on" doesn't mean I'm an eye reader. No how can Ihelp you, who's next, is that all, nothing. If this place get people who can actually talk to customer, they'll be alright. Read more
It was absolutely terrible! I was about 15min late so I knew it wasn't going 2B piping hot, but I asked4 buttercrust which was... missing & light sauce& it was loaded with it. I asked 4the manager& asked if I could get a dog over another day because I wasrunning late& had death in my family. Not only did he try 2tell me it was made them way I asked. He poured butter all over mylukewarm pizza. He should have known that I saw what it looked like B4 he died that. Butter don't soak in when it's Lukewarm. Inot had 2wipe it off. I tasted horrible. & I had2pull apart EVERY slice! I've been getting my pizza from there, made the samesize & the same way for years! Driving@least a 20mile round trip! NEVER AGAIN! First my sub packets were missing which i blame on myself because i should've checked. What i couldnt understand is why my... peppers were in baggies. After looking at my sandwich, there were peppers on it. So the extra they gave me they packed inbaggies! It was really nice. Read more
