called un my order was told 10 min. lg, pepperoni cut in 4 slices, butter and parm all over. Arrived waited came home order... wrong..2 pc no cheese cut in 8 slices with no garlic or parm. called back spoke to Mario he apologize and said the he wouldremake it. I asked him if it could be deliver because I'm home and wasn't feeling great. he said he would door dash..I waitedanother 20 30 min, did a follow up call as I figured, no pizza had been made and he had no intentions of correcting theproblem..because he never asked for my address.. they kept muffling the phone then I was told I could come back and get it..Iasked for corporate number, I was given Incorect information. so i googled to get the correct complaint line..and I've been onhold for 45 min. but someone finally answered. no we I wait.hungry Read more
I ordered from this location for the first time and it was a horrible experience. First of all, I must say the only good thing... was, the young man who assisted me to my car with my order was very professional and I appreciate him. Secondly, thetemperature of the food was great. Now, besides that the pizzas were hard and dry, no sauce on them and to make matters worse, I called to let them know and the manager acted like it was my fault. He specifically told me I shouldn't have called the dayafter and that nothing was wrong with my order. It was impossible for me to deal with that the same day. I was at work, it wasmy birthday and I had literally no time. I didn't call to get more pizza, neither was I expecting to get my money back. I justwanted to let them know that they need to fix their problems with the pizza as they were the worst. However, the manager saidthey were done to perfection. If he calls that perfection, they need to get a new manager or close the store. I will never setfoot at this location ever again. Almost $200 spent and it all went in the trash. Read more
We ordered thru the app, pizza was in dissoray couldn't eat half the pizzas either under cooked or not cut, some even looks like... a blind person made em, don't ever go to this location save your money, not happy $60+ and to top it off no answer when wetried to call. Read more
I came to this Little Caesars on Coolidge and I-696 because the Berkley location 1 mile up the street keeps a 30-45 min wait... just to order via drive thru because the inside is closed. That is not the case at this location. I placed a call in order for3 hot and ready pizzas. When I got there they had just pulled them out of the oven. Got home and they were still hot. Employeeswere personable, especially Mario. Prices did increase on got and ready pizzas by 0.60 cents but it is what it is. Kids werepleased. All is well for the start of Christmas break. Read more
Manager yelling telling employee any order other than hot and ready would not be ready for an hour. Called in advance several... times and was hung up on. Price online was different 1 hot and ready and crazy bread was 12 bucks . Never again will Ipatronize them. Read more
So I just went in to order an extra most best with butter and Parm. Initially I was told about 15 mins. I figured "for a fresh... pizza, not bad" so I waited. I go back in about 20 mins later only to be told "I'm sorry we're just now putting it in the oven,another 10 mins" now if this place was crazy busy, I'd understand. But it wasn't. It was maybe 2-3 customers that had beenhelped. But that was a little annoying. But whatever I still wait, I come back this time another 15 mins later (it's been 30mins at this point) and lo and behold my pizza looks like a Trainwreck. On one side the crust is over cooked on the other sideit's not cooked enough. On the left side of my pizza the crust wasn't fully baked. Just a terrible experience all around. Read more
