Just sat at the window for 20 minutes no-one In Front of me. Waived to the woman to ask if they had my order. Told her what I... ordered a simple egg & cheese biscuit & a hashbrown only to find out they didn?t put my order in. I think they did but the womanon the window was completely clueless watching her trying to get orders together. At this point there?s a massive line behindme. I dialed the corporate number to report them because this was the most horriblest service ever those young people that you have... in there they play too much and then the thing about it is they let you see them playing and the manager's not doing anythingabout it gas is too high to be sitting in the drive-thru for over 50 minutes now you guys need to do something about this Theservice was ridiculous Read more
Got about half way home (I live on the east side) before I realized they didn?t have our nuggets and all I was offered was just... those nuggets. Keep in mind that?s 24 miles to drive back for some nuggets and they said they couldn?t at least give me anythingat all for trouble. Look for somewhere to eat. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I pulled into the drive thru with only 4 or 5 people ahead of me and I waited in line for... almost an hour. I thought they were just under staffed... Finally get to the window and there's a bunch of girls working wellnot really working standing around talking. I thought well since it took so long at least my food would be freshly made but nopemy burger bun was hard and could tell it was old and just reheated. Didn't even get an apology for the wait, like it's just acommon thing to have there customers wait in line for an hour. They should shut this McDonald's down immediately. So we decide to stop and take advantage of a promotional deal advertised on the McDonald's app. Let's go inside and really enjoy... ourselves (we thought). So, the app once inside presents some difficulty. We request assistance from an employee only to betold"I don't know anything about that app!"???? She gets a senior employee who retorts the same thing!???? So we request to seethe manager, surely the 'manager' knows! ???? Well, the first thing the manager says rudely 'The McDonald's app is for the drivethru only???? I politely pointed out that I had NEVER read that any where? ???? He them says (rudely) "what do you want? " Whatis our order? "Yes, what do you want?" Okay, great he's going to process our order manually and give us the promotional mealthat was offered on the advertisment...No! He says "After reading the ad "You guys want something for nothing?" Living in the area, I have been to this location ofa couple different times and no matter how busy, slow, early or late it is... when I visit, they are always so nice, never get my order wrong and very friendly. With how short staffed they were tonightafter fireworks were finished in the surrounding cities, with how busy they were and with having to modify their usual protocoland take order/cash and hand out the food all thru one window, the employee D(Dee) was so jovial, cool, calm, collected and byfar the most accurate, efficient and speedy that I have had yet and all done with a smile. She deserves a raise for the way sheheld it down this evening! There's definitely not enough praise and positivity in this world right now so give credit wherecredit is due! Read more
Can't believe how terrible this place is. I get that its the pandemic and places are short staffed, but I waited 10 minutes in... line watching them take orders from the lane I was in. Then it was my turn and... Nothing. Sat there another 8 minutes andwatched 3 cats from the other lane go and no one said a thing to me.
