I didn't even place my order because I pulled up and the cashier said "go head" with an awful attitude which I replied good... morning and she then said "umm hmm" with even more attitude as if I offended her with my presence. This location used to be 5 stars before the pandemic. It used to be 24hrs and the overnight shift was great. Now it closes at... 9pm and sometimes at 8. Serving old or cold food happens quite a bit now. Most of the employees are kids now but they generallyhave good attitudes. The lines are ridiculously long and wait times can exceed 30-45 minutes with the lines spilling out ontoGreenfield at it's worst. It's not always this bad but it's been pretty bad since March 2020. Some try and some don't. Beingshorthanded doesn't help 1 bit. My rating is fair considering everything. Read more
Super disappointed in this filet o?fish. It was cold and the cheese is laughable. This McDonald?s doesn?t even bother trying to... be decent. There's been multiple trips I've taken to this location late at night (due to my work schedule) where it has been a great place... to grab some food before I go home. That said, recently it's been a roll of the dice if the employee's working would even bewilling to actually do their job. On the nights I haven't been so fortunate to actually run into someone willing to take myorder, they'll tell me in the drive through "our system is being updated" this happened 3 times in a row. Worse yet, tonightwhen pulling off after they had told me they were "CLOSED" I saw multiple other cars waiting for their food, and one car payingthe same girl that had told me they were closed. Funnier yet, I even saw other cars at the drive through having their orderbeing took. Unbelievably terrible service, it's ridiculous this location hasn't terminated their whole night staff, and justgiven up doing late hours - would only make a difference half the time for me! Read more
