Not your typical cookie-cutter sports bar but always has the big games playing. Neighborhood corner-bar friendly atmosphere... with great music. My new 'go-to' place for a delicious burger, chicken sand, pretzel sticks and fun. Love the interior design. Very cool! It has a nice mix of wood, concrete, and custom art. Warm, inviting, and interesting. What can I say, it's at theend of my street and probably been there 25 times and have never had a bad experience. This spot has become one of our go-to places thanks to the tasty food, friendly service, and chill outdoor patio. Brussels... sprouts are amaze (fried and shredded, just how we like 'em), salmon is delish, and the salty, crispy, thin fries are betterthan fast food. Really appreciate that they can modify some menu items to accommodate vegan/seagan diets. Shout-out to StephanieB. who is soo friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fabulous. Miranda also helped us another time and is great. Aside from thefood and service, we love the low-key location, conveniently next to Berkley Coffee and Dog & Pony Show brewery. I’ve driven past this place several times, and finally decided to stop in with my daughter yesterday. She immediately gave... the beer selection a 10/10. We shared a couple of appetizers, as well as the vegetarian penne pasta. The food was awesome, youcould tell it was all made from scratch. Went in on a Saturday night. There was no wait. we sat at the bar. Service was great and fast. Food was just okay. I ordered a... kale Caesar salad with chicken, my fiancé ordered the cheese burger with fries. My kale was very very tough, the cook shouldhave massaged the kale to loosen the fibers before tossing with dressing. Usually caesar salads come with croutons, this saladdid not have them. The chicken was the only thing that saved the salad. My fiancé said the burger was just okay. The frenchfries, seasoned with old bay(one of three options for ff seasoning) were the best prt of the meal. We live about 30 minutes awayand wont make the trip to eat here. Read more
I’m rooting for this place to succeed. This was my second time here. The first was very close to when they first opened and it... was a little rocky. I came back a couple months later and gave it another shot. Our waitress was Madison. She was working thebar as well as the only waitress on the floor. In spite of that she still was attentive to us and the other guests. We receivedour appetizers and dinner in a timely fashion, spending less than an hour at the restaurant. Food was hot and tasty. Pretty nice new addition to the neighborhood! The decor is cool and appealing to the engineer/techy in me. The vibe is pretty... chill. Haven't tried the food, but drinks taste good and prices are reasonable. Maddie the bartender was engaging as well. Happyto see the owner working right along with the staff... Shows humility. Visited this place on a Friday night. Maybe it was their down night, but it took the waitress about 15-20 minutes to acknowledge... me. When she finally came she told me they were out of a lot of things. So, I ordered the chicken wrap and brussel sprouts(sinceI heard they were good). The chicken wrap didn't have much chicken and I'm not sure if it had any sauce on it. If it did, itdidn't have enough because it was dry. The Brussels sprouts were a little too crispy. I'm not sure if this how they make them onthe regularly, but it had some burnt pieces and I didn't eat it all. It's a shame because they did have a good flavor. Ioriginally wanted the Ginger margarita. I settled for the French Martini, which was pretty good. I'm welling to give them asecond try cause they had a DJ and I liked the patio area, but would probably only stick to drinks and appetizers. Read more
