They literally have illiterate people working there. They must have pictures on the register instead of words. How many times... can you say Fire Sauce ???? and you receive mild???????. Long line. Bean burrito with extra cheese and red sauce add ground beef just thrown in the paper, not wrapped. I go here... frequently and have been a Taco Bell fan over 40 years. It's always been a treat. After all the menu changes, you'd think they'dtake the time to get it right. I'll be opening my food at the window from now on. Read more

I advise for you guys to move the girls that high with a big piercing in her nose away from the window she has the worst... customer service I have ever encountered smh very bad for business this used to be my favorite Taco Bell and she looks horribleso unsanitary no net hair just everywhere. I have less than 30 minutes to eat lunch, like most people. I came in and put my whole order into the little tablet thing,... logged in for the reward points, I was just about to pay and a guy behind the counter said "I can take your order". "Is theresomething wrong with the tablet?" I asked. "I can take your order over here" he said again. I asked what I'm supposed to do withthe tablet now if he's supposed to take my order, and he told me to clear it. I went to the counter and repeated my order tohim, which he read back to me completely incorrectly 3 times. Once he finally got it right (it was literally just 1 Doritos tacosupreme and a crunch wrap), I asked him why I couldn't have just used the tablet. "Oh you could've," he said. "I can just cancelthis and you can use the tablet if you want." Over a third of my lunch break has now been used up just ORDERING.
