Stopped here after the Tour Detroit Bike ride for a flight and some food. Unfortunately they just had bagged snacks but... fortunately they had fantastic craft beer. Not a bad or average beer on the flight. We also were able to get a pizza from CatZaddy?s pop up kitchen near the back of the brewery. Free rear lot parking. Bar/low/high top seating. Wifi. Clean. No tableservice. Order your flights at the bar and take them to your table. I would return to try some more of their great craft beer. Read more

When choosing a brewery, I like to make sure they have a nice variety of beers because I always enjoy a good flight! This place... had so many great choices of different styles of beers that it was hard to pick only five. I definitely also liked the ambianceof the brewery. Lots of seating options. The environment here at UCBC was very chill. The area is spacious and open, so you don?t feel like you?re on top of anyone.... A friendly brewery that is still starting up. What they are fully prepared for is great tasting beer. I only sampled seven... kinds and I was not near halfway through the menu. Great local brewery with a diverse selection of beer. Literally something for everyone. Even a seltzer, if that's your fancy. As... a true brewery should be, they have no food other than prepackaged items. Always a food truck outside and you can bring in yourown food or use a delivery service. Owners and staff are awesome and friendly. Mug club is a great deal and actually worth it! Read more

All star ratings are for the bathroom, not the establishment. UCBC is great! It has a very nice bar area and best of all, the... bathrooms are way in the back away from the crowd. There are 2 urinals and 1 stall, and that stall is a nice place to feel likeyou have some privacy. The only mark down is because of the lack of an air dryer, automatic sink/soap and I don't recall a footpull on the door. Read more
