Customer service is not that great at all. The wings are amazing and they even have cauliflower. Cornbread use to come with the... meals and not it comes separate, and cold, so that?s a bit disappointing. They have inside seating available. Excellent newer spot for Oak Park! All the food so far has been super-tasty, made to order, and a good value. Recommend the... garlic parmesan fries with chili on the side. The crispy thigh & leg (bone-in) takes a few minutes, but worth the wait. Staffare super sweet and friendly. Great cornbread and coleslaw. It's just a really nice vibe here and a great value. Please do not order from here. Ordered through Grub Hub and what I thought was 2 meals only came with the chicken. When I... called, because they attached a flyer with their meal deals, and asked why I had paid more for just chicken when their flyer hadthe complete meals including fries and drink, I was told that because I ordered through the app I paid more for less. The foodis good, but NOT that good, when I wait an hour for it and have to make my own side dishes! I'm always searching for the best wing places around town, so I decided to try this place out. I went inside to get a carryout... and noticed that it was dimly lit and dingy looking. I was greeted nicely by the manager who was sitting at a table doingpaperwork and talking to someone. I ordered the ten piece traditional wings (mango harbenaro and lemon pepper) and parmesanfries combo which included a fountain drink. I was told it would be about twenty minutes, but it wasn't that long. I did likethat they texted me when my food was ready. Unimpressive. I thought the fries were tasty but super greasy, the mango harbenarosauce was thick and sticky with no kick, and there was not enough lemon pepper seasoning on the wings which gave them no flavorat all. For the price ($20 and change), I was hoping for a much better wing experience. But, I'll continue my search elsewhere. Read more
I called in for a pickup order. The service was prompt. The lady was very nice. Wish I got her name so she can get credit for... great costumer service. The food was delicious. I ordered online for pick up, after placing my order I received a call that they didn?t have what I ordered and I could get... something else. I advised the man on the phone to just cancel the order and refund the money. The man said that they can?tcancel online orders and I would have too online. As I?m on the phone looking at the site telling them I don?t have an option tocancel online. The man tells me come in later in the Evening to talk to the manager about a refund because the manager wasn?tthere and then hangs up. I call back I get the same man, I ask him to put someone else on the phone because maybe he doesn?tknow how to do the refund, another man Nicolas gets on the phone and says the same thing they don?t have to option to cancelonline orders, I would have to come in. I ask if there was a manager there Nicolas said he is the manager so the first guy Italked to lied. So I got up there to get the refund they didn?t need my card or anything I just stood there and I was refunded.I have never heard of a place that can?t cancel orders on their website.
