Waited long to get our drinks and it wasn't busy, ordered queso and chips queso was cold sent back to heat up still not warm,... ordered riblett platter they were ice cold so we refused them. Come here all the time this is the first time in years food washorrible same for the appetizer sampler. Must have a new cook or something. Read more

Food was really good as always. Our waitress seemed to be lost though. She didn't bring silverware and took forever to get... it. Food got cold waiting. Wanted dessert and waiting like 10 minutes for a brownie. I will be back there but this wasn'tthe greatest time. Read more
Last three times got attitude from the servers and was treated as an inconvenience for no reason. I?m a friendly personable... guy, I rarely write negative reviews. But to be treated this way three times in a row is ridiculous. Their servers have anattitude problem. Some of the worst customer service I?ve ever had a restaurant. Brought my mom out for a birthday dinner and it was horrible. The... host didn?t even greet us or say a word, just simply set menus on the table. The server seemed in a hurry while taking ordersand instead of coming to the table she would yell across the restaurant to her tables to save herself steps. Prior to orderingwe were offered specials that we ordered but after receiving the bill the prices didn?t reflect the specials we were told. Themanager displayed the worst customer service of all and basically told us too bad and I?ll have to yell at her for offering thatto you. Very disappointed and don?t plan on ever coming back. By far the worst experience at an applebees ever. I couldn't decide what was worse the server or the food. Thank goodness the... long Island was made right . Maybe just stay away from that place on Tuesday nights. The only time I'd ever recommend McDonald'sover a restaurant. Only time I've ever tipped $5..... and to be honest I was hoping it would go to the bartender because evenasking for a straw was a inconvenience for this server. $70 for the worst meal I've had in my life . When arrived in the evening, the place looked like it was closed. There were no outside lights turned on whatsoever. I notified... 2 wait staff of the fact that there were no lights on outside. When I left, the lights on the outside were all on and theparking lot appeared to have more vehicles in it afterward. Our beverages arrived at our table without any napkins - had to askfor them. Eating utensils were disgusting - looked dirty. A senior discount is something you get - but you have to ask for it.I've had better experiences there in the past. Read more
