Not the first time I?ve had this problem! Online order asked for extra rice and there is like no rice and barely any meat!
I?ve ordered a few times from this place thinking the food will be better each time. But every single time I have ordered, the... rice was ALWAYS hard and not cooked enough. This review is only for online orders. My order was messed up for the second time in a row. No queso on my bowl but did pay for... it, we ordered cheese quesadillas for our kids and there were just taco shells with no cheese, they didn?t give us our applejuice which was really disappointing to the kids, and they did not put spoons in our bag which was the most disappointingbecause we took the food to a park with the kids. I dont post negative reviews very often?I?m just hoping this review is seen tobring change/more attention to detail with online orders. Read more
Well I should have listening to other reviews. Everything was underwhelming: We ordered a kid's meal and they put rice only in... one or the three slots (all other places fill the three slots when kids do not take beans); they forgot the fruit and wereluctant to give us the juice; I ordered a bowl with double meat and got the same amount than a single order; the chicken wascold and soggy; I asked for a little cheese and got a mass of it; guacamole was not bland and had 2 big pieces of hard, brownavocado; my wife barbacoa and rice bowl was cold and tasteless. We live 8 minutes from this location but we will go to otherones next times. Never again. Read more
I am honestly at a loss of words about the experience I just had at this location. Keep in mind I have a free entree which is... the reason I even went. I order my bowl and am told extra rice is going to be extra money, I have never once been charged forextra rice and have been getting it for years now. When I get to the register I scan my free entree code and the receipt printsand she says I?m good to go, then the guy who scoops the rice comes up and says ?she has extra rice, was she charged?? and Iexplained that I have NEVER been charged before and even when I order on the app I am NOT charged for extra rice. I asked ifthis was a new thing and the guy got an attitude with me and told me it?s been a thing since the start of the year. Which isjust not true. He is the only one to ever charge me for extra rice out of all the locations I?ve been to including this one. Hethen proceeds to tell me my total is $1.23. Keep in mind I didn?t bring my wallet in since I HAD A FREE ENTREE. This isabsolutely ridiculous and something has to change at this location. Highly disappointed. Read more
I understand you?re under staff but that shouldn?t be a green light for you other employees to be rude! The blonde girl that was... working, well for starters she was doing the littlest task and was in the bathroom while there was a line, and a stack of takeout orders piling up. She then came to finally join the line when I was up for my order I had asked for a little more rice, andgot a big pile of it and the blonde girl then started aggressively putting the rest of what I wanted in it. Sloppy at that, mybowl wasn?t one I?ll ever want again if I see somebody making it the same way. I?d advice you to get her in line because herattitude was very stank. Read more
By far the worst chipotle experience I?ve ever had. On the website you can pick what you want and when you will be by to pick it... up, however they don?t care about the pick up time and will make it as soon as it?s on their screen. I picked up my food thathad been sitting on the shelf for over an hour, so it was obviously cold and soggy. If I had had more time I would asked if theywere able to remake the order. I am deeply disappointed in this store especially since they forgot to add a couple of items andadded hot sauce when it wasn?t asked for. Online ordered. One burrito was completely wrong. The rice in said burrito was hard and not cooked and the pinto beans were also... hard and needed more cooking time. Lettuce and sour cream were missing. And I?m not even sure if the correct protein wasused. Last time I give this location a chance. It?s always a disappointment. Read more
