Overall what you would expect. However do not order via app from this store. They have gotten the order wrong multiple times.... Since it is more than once I can't just excuse. It is a horrible waste of time to have to drive back again to get them to makethe right sandwich. Maybe they just hope that you are passing by and will be too far down the road to come back. One of the worst Subway's I've ever been to! Staff was very immature, talking amongst themselves instead of taking orders. My... sandwich "artist" kept dropping utensils and bread on the floor in front of me and it was just a mess. Go to the other Subway inStillwater! Read more

Did not remember the name of the person who assisted us, yet he was very friendly, patient with my 84 yo mother, helpful with... suggestions, informative, and efficient. A perfect experience and an excellent sandwich. I'm a manager and really appreciate agreat 'moment if truth"! You ate lucky to have him working for you.
