Single lane drive thru so you can?t go around or back out when cars stack up. I pulled in line at 6:05 with only two ppl ahead... of me with one person already at the order menu. They literally had each car wait approximately 8 minutes at the menu beforeeven taking the order. Waited another 5 minutes at the window waiting for my order. Waited for 20 minutes AT THE DRIVE UP ORDER SPEAKER after a long line, only to be told that they were closing the store very... early and could not serve me or the long line behind me. I have 4 children at home with a sitter and an still stuck in the drivethru, waiting for them to serve the people in front of me. So far I have waited 45 minutes. I understand being understaffed,but they need a better system. Ex. Come outside and close the drive thru behind the cars that have patiently waited! Read more
