Single lane drive thru so you can?t go around or back out when cars stack up. I pulled in line at 6:05 with only two ppl ahead... of me with one person already at the order menu. They literally had each car wait approximately 8 minutes at the menu beforeeven taking the order. Waited another 5 minutes at the window waiting for my order. I didn?t get out of their until 6:30 aftertaking 25 minutes with only two ppl ahead of me. Read more
Waited for 20 minutes AT THE DRIVE UP ORDER SPEAKER after a long line, only to be told that they were closing the store very... early and could not serve me or the long line behind me. I have 4 children at home with a sitter and an still stuck in the drivethru, waiting for them to serve the people in front of me. So far I have waited 45 minutes. I understand being understaffed,but they need a better system. Ex. Come outside and close the drive thru behind the cars that have patiently waited! Read more
There they have big lines out there and they can go through the lines really quick they're only have a couple people in there... they're doing a pretty good job of keeping that place of float it alive in there Read more

The other day I ordered around $20 worth of food alot of it got screwed up and I couldn?t do much because I was on my lunch... break. I called them the next day to complain and was greeted with an amazing character named Andrew. He helped me and gf outperfectly gave me the best quesadilla and fiesta potatoes I?ve ever had, he definitely deserves a raise!!! Read more
Girlfriend went in to get some food an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. She waited in line for over 20 minutes, and they... shut down the drive through before she ordered. It's ridiculous that this location not only went from closing @ 2am, to closing@ 8pm, but consistently closes down an hour early. This location use to be my favorite spot to get food, but not anymore. Read more
Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and recieved half of our order. I know staffing is a issue but make me wait that long... and not get my order right! You can't get out of the drive through once your in it and the in door eating and ordering wasclosed. Read more
I stopped in for lunch today to get a Fiesta Veggie Burrito, which is my favorite vegetarian option on the menu. I went inside... to order. The store is newly updated. The kiosk is braille friendly. I liked the ease of ordering on the kiosk, but the staffdid not greet me and other customers were mostly unnoticed. My order was ready quickly, so that was a plus. Read more
