I am highly disappointed in what I received today. My food was hot and good but I didn't order dirty soda water which is what I... got. I have worked fast food so I know where this could have came from. 1. Dirty ice machine 2. Not cleaning soda dispenserknobs. Since my drink was no ice I canceled out #1. From bad to worse. If the issue is hiring quality people due to prices I don?t mind paying extra for good service. This review... is not to bash but to let owners know that service is not great because of long wait when only a total of five cars in line,incorrect information given at ordering (stating they don?t have a certain type of chicken when ordering but having it whenpaying), we asked for watered down lemonade and given a water and a lemonade to mix ourselves, no utensils, straws or napkinsgiven, witnessing horse play by employees while at check out. My visit was on Saturday October 29 at about 3:00 PM. I hopethings get better for this store, local and tasty fried chicken comes in handy at times. Read more
This place used to be good? now they let you wait at the speaker for 10-15 mins with no response like everyone went on break at... noon. Overall they?ve messed up my order in more ways than I can count. The workers are not rude, but not pleasant either. They basically ignore you, and act as if customers are a hassle that comes... with the job. This is primarily a chicken restaurant, but they are always out. I could understand if they were temporarily outof mac & cheese, but every time I go, they are out of chicken and have to wait for it to cook. Although not impolite, the service is always slow. The orders are often wrong even after a 10+ minute wait. The air conditioner... vents in dining room leak water. The ice machine doesn't work. Supplies such as napkins, jelly, etc. aren't well stocked. Thestaff don't generally seem to know what their jobs are. Apparently there is little or poor leadership. Worst of all a cockroachcame out to pay a visit during my last meal as seen in the accompanying photo. Once notified, the staff did have fun capturingthe specimen in a dustpan with a broom. Read more
This place is sliding downhill really fast. Last time tried to order a family meal and was told out of chicken. Then tried to... order a chicken tender meal . I was totally shocked by the size of tender, it should be called chicken finger. So end up paying30 bucks but only was able to fill my son's stomach. Will not come back to this place. Read more
Absolutely the dirtiest Bojangles I have ever seen. Soon as we walk in the door a female employee looks at us and says she is... not helping us. The gentleman who did help us was polite but then it was even more downhill after that. Everything in thekitchen was dirty, stuff all over the floors. Then the drink dispenser was overflowing water everywhere, sweet tea dispenser wasjust empty in the corner. All trash cans were overflowing. No napkins in napkin holders. Next the dining room had a layer ofgrease on every table, all window seals had dead bugs, food and trash on 1/3 the tables. It literally looks like nobody hascleaned this place in months. After sitting down and taking this all in I decided it?s probably a bad idea to try the food sojust left it on top of overflowing garbage cans. I usually like to give places a fair chance but this is just pure laziness bythe employees, half them were just sitting around and talking. The health department needs to stop here ASAP. Read more
Last 3 trips cold, old fries, old bread, no strawberry preserves. Was there today and a older couple wanted to open the shades,... lady told then no, they was trying to keep the heat in. They went to there car to eat. This used to be our favorite place to eatlunch. Would be a great place for a Bojangles. Won?t go back. Read more
