What can I say all around excellent friendly service and very speedy about getting the customers their orders to them correctly... and surely. I am on my lunch break so stopped here...no one was at the register to greet the customer, took 5 minutes before anyone realized... I was standing there. Service was not friendly and when I got my hamburger the meat was so thin it might as well not had anymeat. Sat in the dining room for around 30 minutes while I ate...I was the only one there with 5+ dirty tables and no one evercame out to clean the dining. I was so shocked...not even a manager in sight. This McDonald's charge is over $7 for a chicken biscuit meal versus other McDonald's only charge $5 And that's with an upgraded... large drink also only $5 Read more
Just went up there order was very simple 4 mighty kids meals with tea, 2 sprite and a coke and one Big Mac meal with a Dr... Pepper. Girl kept ringing up 4 piece meals got to window tried to fix it and the guy at window didn?t under stand I wanted and Iplan my stated 4-6 piece kids meals and he didn?t know how to fix it so I was like whatever and then they only gave me 4 drinksand not 5. And got it home for the fries to be cold like not cooked cold. Called up there to speak to manager and he was sorryabout your experience but there is nothing I can do about it and hung up. Was not greeted...was completely ignored. So I placed a order on the computer they have and grabbed a table number and had a... seat. They did not bring out the food just called out my number. Got to the front and the order was wrong. Had to wait longerjust for someone to even notice I was trying to get them to fix my order. They may have dressed up the building but it's stillthe same horrible service we expect from McDonald's. Read more
There are many really bad McDonald's stores in Triad area but this one is definitely the worst. If your order have more than 3... items, you have 50% chance to get the wrong items. If there are more than 6 items, 80% chance to have some items missed. If youhave to buy from here, strongly suggest you check your bag before you leave the drive through pick-up window. The management isso terrible and service attitude is so rude. Never apologize for any inconvenience to their customers due to their mistakes. NowI totally give up to visit this store anymore. Save your life by keeping yourself away from McDonald's. They have no idea whatis customer service and no respect to their customers at all. Read more

Went through the drive through and asked for just an egg and cheese biscuit, sweet tea, and hashbrown. Got my sweet tea, and... basically a biscuit with egg and cheese on the side. The biscuit itself is so crumbly, however thats not even the reason why Iliterally cant eat it. Who mashes together two large egg slices on bread and calls it a egg biscuit? I didn?t get my hash browneither even though it was SHOWN on the screen. Im not even a middle aged woman, but am 16 complaining about this place so ifthat doesn?t say something then I don't know what does. Supposedly the couple that owns this place is super nice but maybe toonice to hire employees that don?t know what they?re doing. Below is how I received my biscuit. I didn?t even think it was abiscuit when I got it out of the bag. A 3 year old could stack a biscuit better than your employees can. I will not be back. Read more
