Talked to the manager about my messed up order?..she smelled like weed. Lobby looked like a episode of hoarders with all the... trash everywhere. Also it was very hot in the lobby and how can employees wear leggings. Freestyle machine is broken with no icein them and the soda was flat. This whole establishment is a catastrophe, that is managed very poorly. I would not eat here everagain!!!! Read more
Stood at the counter for 12 minutes waiting on somebody to come up for them to come up and tell me that they don't take orders... inside the lobby until 11 AM Also there's no sign on the door that indicates anything that they do not serve in the lobby until11 AM I will just go across the street and eat McDonald's I won't ever come back here. The food was pretty good but my goodness, some of the employees here were a bit much. Loud, using rude language, and not acting... professional. I mean, I get it, it's Wendy's... But I stopped here at my young daughters request after her gymnastics class. Shewanted to eat inside so we did. Normally I just go through the drive thru here and it's been fabulous! Going inside was a wholeother story. My daughter and I were the only ones eating inside and the whole time I was just ready to leave. I could hear theconversations going on in the back/behind the counter better than I could hear my daughter. Maybe just be mindful of what you'resaying and how loud you're speaking when there are customers in the lobby... 2 out of 5 because the food order was correct anddecent.. and I don't believe every employee was being obnoxious. This Wendy's deserves a 4 stars ranking In terms of their order accuracy and nice attitude to customers. Much better than the... McDonald's across to the street. Similar fast food stores in the same town but totally different experience for the samecustomer. Read more
Overall Thoughts: this is one of the more visually attractive Wendy?s I have seen from the outside! The restaurant was a little... above average from a cleanliness standpoint, but the young lady working the register the day we went was visibly disgusted thatshe was having to take orders on this day! 1. I visited this store at a slow time, so that may be to their advantage, but i has a positive experience. Bright, cheerful and... quick service for order entry. Food took a little while to arrive but was fresh and was well prepared. Love the new storedesign, which has some elevated seating and always a plus, international soccer on TVs!!! Read more
The food was fine, but the customer service is terrible. The drive-through girl cut me off in the middle of talking and then the... order wasn?t right.
