Eating in here is always good, 99% of the waitresses are super nice and attentive. Take out is always bad and wrong. Ordered... take out tonight and against my better judgement I didn?t check it and it was wrong as always. I drove back to get it correctedand have cold fries with hardly any cheese and a hair stuck in the cheese. The manager was quick to say sorry and they wouldremake it but I?m using my gas to drive back and forth and extra time because their mess up. I paid extra for cheese andliterally have a teaspoon of cheese which I?m sure I paid a dollar for. Not expecting a free meal or anything but I shouldn?thave to drive back and forth to get a correct meal which was cold after being remade had hardly any cheese and a hair. Theyalso packaged my fries with another persons potato together in one to go box which is just bizzare. I work in the restaurantbusiness and none of this would not fly where I work at all. We were out in the Oak Ridge area and decided that we were in the mood for a steak, so we decided on Outback. Our server, Cason,... was very friendly and helpful. Only a few things kept me from giving 5 stars. The bread was a bit rubbery, the potato didn'tseem to be fully cooked and the chopped salad was not chopped the way it usually is. Also, when you get shrimp added I think itshould be more than four. The steaks were absolutely phenomenal and the ambiance was great. I would definitely go back if I wasin the Oak Ridge area. Had good service from Justin, but the food for both my husband and myself was bland. Nothing remarkable for the price.
I ordered a 15oz ribeye medium well and it looked like a raw ny strip. The rest of the food was warm. I won't be going back... anytime soon. Read more
Went here on a date. Nice atmosphere. Service and food were really good. I tried one of their $7 drinks called the Wallaby... Darned and it wasn't bad. We ordered the Seared Peppered Ahi as an appetizer. I wasnt a fan of the sauce but the Ahi itself wasgood. For our meals we had New York Strip and some sides. The steak was cooked perfectly to our preferences and is even betterwith the garlic butter on top. I reccomend avoiding the brussel sprouts. There are way to many weird toppings on it that don'tgo well together and the brussels themselves weren't even cooked all the way. Some of them were still so hard it was difficultto chew. This Outback will make you want to go down under over and over again. Consistent food and friendly staff. Ask for Gabby. She is... attentive and friendly! Not only that, she brought us extra lemons and limes in a small bowl. SCORE! Nothing is more irritatingthan a shriveled up sliver clinging to the side of my glass. Gabby is the real MVP. Read more

We had a group of four and used the join the wait list in the app and it made it a breeze. We were 17th on the list but when we... got to the restaurant we had moved up to 5th. We walked in and we we're almost immediately seated. All the steaks, appetizersand salads were delecious. The restaurant was packed and they were moving them in and out with such origination.
