Noticeable decline in quality of food in the last 6 months/year. I've been trying to give them more chances at different times... of the day or different locations, but it seems they are all having the same issue with their chicken being tough and stringy.The chow mein has been like 80% cabbage 20% noodle for a while now. My go-to meal at Panda Express is the teryaki chicken. They serve it well with either noodles or rice. This visit was as good... as I've come to expect. Great service and good food - it's a nice combination. Read more

Second time coming here and was another horrible experience Worker was rude as can be and also gave me the wrong change. Why is it so hard to get good food? I had a plate with Chow Mein, orange chicken and Beijing beef. The chow mein was dry and... hard. The Beijing beef was a stew like consistency. The orange chicken was alright. It's so disappointing to get food that yourlooking forward to but end up throwing 90% of it in the trash. Read more

I Love Panda Express EXCEPT for this place. Today I sat in line for more that 10 minutes just to find out they were doing CASH... only orders. "our card thing isn't working" My response was it would have been nice to know before I got to the order board. theresponse, "well we have been to busy to go out there and put up anything." Really!! I had to sit there while 2 more cars gottheir order, the 3rd car pulled through. This is not the first time this store has had the same kind of issue. I have sat inthe line before just to be told their "card thing" wasn't working. But it doesn't stop there. this store has served me foodthat should have been tossed out to many times. I go to other stores and the food is great, so I think maybe it was an off day,or maybe they had a slow day. But yuck. It never fails. I even have gone inside to see what looks like it has been there foreverand have watched them dish up and serve food that has been sitting there way to long. This is a management issue with foodquality. Who ever this manager is knows he can get away with serving food that has long expired on the food bar. It has beensitting there cooking for a long time. I have watched servers stick a spoon into a pan of food and you could tell that food hadbeen sitting there for a while drying out. I won't be going back. I have finally said enough is enough! I just paid $10 for 4 pieces of beef and 4 pieces of uneatable broccoli that looked like they found it out by the dumpster! The... fried rice was crunchy, like uncooked type crunchy in places, and had dried out egg in it that I honestly thought was paper atfirst. This was the first time I ever went to this location and I can promise you it will be my Last!!! I will say the drivethru was quick and the staff friendly.
