I wrote bad review a few yrs ago based on my exp then. I recently went there and what a nice change! The ladies at the cashier... were very nice and fast and Ethan was very friendly and helpful as well. I had the tuna sandwich on ciabatta. It was very good.Enjoyed my lunch with my girlfriend. I was running late for an oil change and was starving coming from clear across town. I order, get to the window and NO CARD to... be found! I left it at my house, super bummed and knowing I?ll be stuck in this dealership forever, I told her never mind Iforgot my card. She smiles and says ?Hold that thought? and this sweet angel lady continues to give me my food and says ?Youwaited so long already there is no way I could not give you food? y?all she made my year! We are new in Oak Ridge and glad to have found Panera. We have no issues with the food here but the lady who took our druve-thru... order around 6pm on June 24 is the rudest person we have ever encountered without provocation. So far we met so many nice peoplein the area and this was really shocking. I know the understaffing issue in America but employers should not come to this..tohire the worst of the worst. Read more
Great service and cleanliness. Ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich and a Ceaser Salad. As a visitor from the state of... Georgia, it tasted great and flavorful. Only complaint is that I felt that I paid for more than the portion size. Read more
My Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich was to die for. Love the Chicken Thai Bread Bowl Soup so yummy! The fuji apple chicken salad so... tasty. Ordered plenty and yes had the Green Hibisus Tea to go with it. Hubby loved was I paired everything with. Wasn't toohigh in price. A great serving size.Tables were well bused/clean. Not too crowd. I love their broccoli & cheese soup. Always a pleasure. I really miss my old sandwich (I can?t remember the name but it was... Turkey w/ fresh greens & chipotle mayo on Asiago bread & was absolutely amazing ????) It was the only thing I would ever orderbut it was removed from the menu right before Covid.
