My family orders dinner from Salsaritas frequently. Almost every time, my order has been incorrect. Most recently, I ordered the... chicken burrito bowl and received a ground beef burrito bowl (twice). The order is correct on the receipt. The receipt is alwayschecked by each ingredient as though someone has thoroughly reviewed the order but, still, managed to completely mess up myorder. They skimp on all the ingredients and even carefully put back half the ladle of queso when i asked for it in the bowl. Then they... rushed me along the line when i still wanted ingredients. I'm in here pretty frequently just to get lunch. The food is great, and there's always a lot of it. Definitely never leave... hungry. However, what really impressed me is that I've been in this location twice now, I think, when they're training someonenew. The staff and trainers are patient and helpful, making sure the new person learns in what appears to be a calm, pleasantenvironment, while also ensuring the customers still get served.
