This is not a reflection of the staff - every single time I have gone in, the staff have been absolutely wonderful, so friendly,... so kind. Which is mystifying, because they are treated like garbage by management. I went in the other day and one poor soulwas working on their own. There were 6 customers in line, people kept coming in, veggies were running low. But as the onlyemployee, they couldn't restock supplies. They couldn't even go to the bathroom. But they continued to work themselves to thebone to keep the place running. I understand it might be hard to get workers in a small town, but I think you'll find it's alot easier if you offer a decent wage AND treat your current employees better. Imagine the applicants you would get if youremployees were going around saying "my team is great and I make enough to pay my bills" compared to "I had to work 60 hours thisweek, alone". Read more
