I love the variety of sandwiches and the ability to customize the toppings. Something that a lot of people don't realize; you... can double up the meat and/or cheese. This is not a reflection of the staff - every single time I have gone in, the staff have been absolutely wonderful, so friendly,... so kind. Which is mystifying, because they are treated like garbage by management. I went in the other day and one poor soulwas working on their own. There were 6 customers in line, people kept coming in, veggies were running low. But as the onlyemployee, they couldn't restock supplies. They couldn't even go to the bathroom. But they continued to work themselves to thebone to keep the place running. I understand it might be hard to get workers in a small town, but I think you'll find it's alot easier if you offer a decent wage AND treat your current employees better. Imagine the applicants you would get if youremployees were going around saying "my team is great and I make enough to pay my bills" compared to "I had to work 60 hours thisweek, alone". Read more

The floors were dirty had bits of paper and rubbish on the floor. Also the garbage can was overflowing and there was rubbish on... the floor in front of the garbage can. Tables weren't wiped down and service, other than one of the employees, with horrible. Read more
I recently had some issues with an order being overcharged double meat cause I asked for pepperoni slices (.10c each, but... charged 1.50 on-top of the pepperoni slices) and the employee had fought with me over the fact that it's double meat. I askedfor a chicken Bacon extra pepperoni. I did not ask for double meat. After getting in contact with the owner for a refund hesaid he would look into it. Normally I'd shrug it off but I don't have alot of money lately so it really bothered me. Two monthslater and no response, even after leaving SEVERAL messages to get back to me with the manager, I learned he never intended toget back to me because SOMEONE ELSE made a bad review of the store.. So here I am now, Jim. might as well make it worth it andactually write that review, you spiteful man. The only good staff is Josh, I believe his name is.
