The female server behind the bar tonigh does not want money slow service I sat there for exactly 25 minutes and they never asked... for our orders at the bar! She said wait on the other server he is on break he should be back soon after I told her we werethere 20 minutes. And when we first got there asked for water and never received it! Please let her know I had a purse full ofmoney had a bad day wanted to spend it at the bar missed out on a good tip cause she wanted me to wait for the other server tocome back off break lol gotta be joking! Went here to have a drink on a Saturday night. There were two birthday parties. Good vibes, good food, some drinks okay, slot... machines . Definitely a must if your staying at the hotel. Ordered hot wings , loaded fries, pitcher of pineapple sangria ,hellacious mango margarita ???????? this drink was spicy and hot I didn’t like at all. I recommend this place! Read more
Best hotel bar I've ever been. Absolutely perfect size, great drink and draft selection, menu was somewhat sparking but the this... was excellent. After about 10 the atmosphere would turn more on edge. I attributed this to it being in Chicago but still adefinite must visit. Also located next to one of the best pizza shops I've ever eaten at. They automatically add a tip to the bill and blame COVID! Their clientele must be cheap! I am a good tipper.. Don't tell me what... I should tip. And there's no notice anywhere. I wasn't the only person bothered by this policy. And the clientele leave soileddiapers in the parking lot. ???? Read more
The heavy set male bartender with a ponytail had a very bad attitude and shouldn’t be bartending or working in customer... service . My experience at the bar was not fun . I felt as if I was unwanted and in the way . What is the point of being abartender if you have zero customer service skills. The food and drinks were amazing!!! My first time trying a Grand Lemon drop. OMG, this bartender must have put a piece of heaven... in that drink. I absolutely loved it. Our waitress was excellent and very attentive. Would definitely visit again. Read more
I dined in the afternoon when one bartender was present. I noticed different guest flow into main dining and the bar area. The... only person that was taken care of for the last ten minutes was one man, requesting channels be changed so he can see the gameshe wanted on every channel. I was neglected for 15 minutes. No water. No other order taken. A family left because they were notbeing serviced. Unacceptable. Read more
Five years ago we came to Oakbrook for Christmas shopping on Thanksgiving only to find almost every restaurant closed, but not... Bar Louie. It has become our annual tradition ever since to go there for our evening meal. The service is excellent and superfriendly and to boot the bar food is awewome. Not trying to give away our families little secret, but wanted to give the staff ashout out. Read more
