The staff here really cares about their customers. They Treat people the way they should. My orders are always accurate and... Perfect. Staff there are well trained and so friendly! Ordered a large iced caramel macchiato and it was 2/3 cream and one quarter coffee, asked if they could fix it which they did by... adding a shot of espresso but then the drink was warm because they didn't add ice. My one star goes out to the young Black gentleman & the Latina lady who work weekday mornings. The four stars missing go out to... inaccurate stock on the app, that time the manager told me they didn?t have dairy-free ice cream when I was looking right at it,the barely-working drive thru speaker, other staff members who are rude beyond measure, and consistently incorrectly mixeddrinks. Today at 3:24pm I had called the location below about placing an order for 5 dozen assorted donuts and 6 jugs of coffee. 17521... Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 The man who had answered the phone had told me I couldn?t place the order for the nextday, was very rude, inconsiderate, and hung up on the call twice. Little did he know I had called yesterday morning to that samelocation for the same order and received said order this morning. The reason why? I have to cater to my boyfriends work at7:30am this whole week and wanted to be organized and polite to the morning shift workers, so I had placed the order for7:00-7:10am. Hoping that I could get to the event by 7:25am to set up. Calling ahead for larger orders in the food industry isthe best way to approach getting your order made. From personally working in the food service industry i know how it is when itcomes to preparation, time, and convenience. When i had initially been writing this review I had also gotten a call from thestore manager at this location. He did not acknowledge that his employee was being rude or disrespectful. I am going to ask whatmore is this company going to do to make this interaction right? Please take this review and make this locations employee andmanager aware that genuine kindness, understanding, and patience is key to keeping business with loyal customers. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars they would deserve it!!! Placed my order through the drive-through completely for both an ice coffee... and latte; lady had even said cream and sugar and I agreed, once done on their part they didn't repeat order back. I pull up tothe window and employee finally repeats my order back and they forgot to add my ice coffee, when trying to tell the lady aboutmy missed item she gave me attitude and told me they wouldn't be able to complete the order since there was a long line behind.Lady gave me even more attitude when confronting I had placed my order correctly for my missing ice coffee. The us the first time I?ve been at this Dunkin? and needed to say, I will not be back! The guy working at 11:15 am on 8/9/21 was... incredibly rude! I got a single scoop and wanted cookie dough pieces and when inquiring about them because they were on thesign, I got a ?yeah, well, we don?t have them? in a very rude tone.
