I would give it -10 stars if that were possible. In Town on business, first time I went there they refused to make my drink with... cream, they told me a macchiato was made with milk, and I wanted to substitute cream, and they said no that?s not how they makeit. She literally refused to make my drink like I wanted it. I went later that afternoon, 245. Sat in line for seven minutes,they told me they would take my order in a minute, I sat there another three minutes, then they came back on the speaker andtold me they had closed. It was 250. Nobody closes at 2:50. They once again refused to make my drink. Tried again the next daygot regular coffee. It was burnt. Tried again today, the coffee is OK, although the cup is only 3/4 of the way full, and Iordered hashbrowns. I literally got 4 ????????. Four little hashbrowns. They need to shut this building down, and fire everybodyin it. Do better Dunkin, seriously do better. I would suggest everyone go to the York plaza Dunkin? Donuts, which is only 1 mileaway, or the one of the many Starbucks that are close by. But I would definitely avoid this place. Read more

The cashier will literally show you attitude if you ask them to redo the order because it?s not the way you asked for. She will... also look into your car if your face timing someone. Extremely Nosy and extremely rude. Makes you not want to come back to thislocation Read more

The worst Dunkin Donuts. I ordered 3 chocolate milks and was only handed 2 so I asked for the third one the woman said she had... already handed me a third one previous to the 2, I told her she didn?t and she gave me a look as if I was trying to scam herwhich was insulting but I didn?t say much just asked for the third one so she reached for the fridge right next to her but thenclosed it and went to which I assumed was the lobby. She gave me the third milk but weird my son didn?t want to drink it so Idecided to just take some supe and the milk tasted horribly, I looked at the expiring date it had expired yesterday in July6th The receipt reads 283333 Manager Chk # 4841 7/7/2022 at 10:04 AM Please talk to this person She could get my son and myselfvery sick. Lady took my order. She didn't tell me how much. I pull up to the window. She didn't talk to me. She wasn't pleasant at all.... She didn't tell me again how much my order was let alone ask if I wanted a receipt. I know everyone has an off day. But whenyou work with the public. You need to be cheerful not look unhappy. I don't know where to start with this... I submitted an on the go order through my dunkin app and ordered a large pumpkin cold... foam cold brew with espresso and two bacon avocado toasts. The employee at the drive thru was short but that wasn't even whatbothered me most. My coffee had NO cold foam (see photo) and definitely no espresso shot. It tasted like a bitter alcoholicdrink to be honest. If I am paying $5 for a specialty coffee it needs to be right. On top of that, one of the boxes of myavocado toast looked like it had been sitting in something previously spilled and then dried....totally unsanitary for foodsafety and the bacon toast was hardly topped with even a full slice of bacon. Multiple store locations is both a convenienceand disappointment at the same time. There needs to be consistency of product delivery. This experience was overall awful.
