Me and my sister went earlier today and I placed a mobile order on our way there. I didn?t expect it to be ready. We went... inside. She placed her order at the register. She got her drink before me. The couple behind her got their drink before me. AllI ordered was an iced matcha. No hot foods or hot drinks. Isn?t that the point of a mobile order to be made before in store? I was in the cafe a couple days ago and have never heard more mistreatment of staff in my life. One of the employees called... another employee a spaz while on the floor making drinks. I have never been more disappointed with a company. Things have gonedown hill since my favorite employee left for another company. It seems all the store manger cares about is money and power. They put the dumpster right behind the drive thru lane. On a few visits had to skip this location because a garbage truck was... blocking the drive thru and the access to the doors for ordering inside. Genius level planning. Read more
