Ordered over the phone in advance but still it took 50-55 mins for wings to be ready whereas i was told 30 minutes. I would rate... the taste as just average. They do have Zabiha Halal certificate displayed and was told we use separate oil for halal wings. Theonly item halal on the menu is bone in wings. Read more
The most stingy people on earth. They gave me 9 wings instead of 10 if i had not count it i would not have known. It has been 2x... since they did that. Also they are SO STINGY AND SLOW FOR GIVING THE FRIES and SO STINGY ON THE SAUCES. They also do fraud by upcharging for halal when apparently the bone in is from crescent company which is halal. I have yet to confirm. To make it worstthey did not season the fires so you would not come back for doing the survey to get free fries. Would not recommend for ladies to go by themselves at night: I recently went to pick up my online order on 8/13 around 11PM, to... get there and have one of the older guys call me to the side door and tell me he added additional wings to my order and let meknow to go into the bathroom and leave $10 in one of the stalls. There were no other girls in there, and I was by myself with myyounger sister and a couple guys waiting for their food. I was not going to go to the bathroom by myself. The guys kept askingme for the additional $10 and called me cheap for not giving it to them. I did not know this guy, nor asked for additional foodfor additional charge. I let the guy know I only wanted for what I paid for, and he refused to accept my answer and went aheadan tell me that I already knew that he would add additional wings to my order, which I didn't. The front guy just gave me my bagand told the other guys to Let It Go; I was waiting for them to take out whatever they were charging me for, but the guy justmade a face and told me he wouldn't be doing me any more favors and proceeded to motion me to leave. Ladies, please be carefulout there, this was a creepy situation. This is the only location service zabiha halal Wings and only the bone ones are zabiha. It takes good 15 to 20 minutes wait... time if you want to dine in. It?s very slow for dine in. Most of there orders are to go. We tried lemon herb flavor and KoreanBBQ. Lemon herb chicken was stinky, chicken feels very old and Korean BBQ was ok! Fries were very salty too. . Read more
Latest edit - 2022: the quality of wings is no longer the same and their service is extremely slow. 25-30 mins for an order of... wings. 3 years ago: Loved the place. It's clean, modern and the wings were fresh and delicious. Their dips are creative and soare the fries addons. Plus, the owner is extremely courteous. Poor service and absolutely rude management. Called to confirm halal options. He stated everything was halal here. Moments... later after I placed an order he states the tenders are not halal only bone in wings are. Refuses to work to replace twotenders with anything. Talks with his back turned and doesn?t face the customer or acknowledge. Especially for a religiousdietary restriction he?s not willing to work with customers themselves.
