Went this morning ordered a drink and a cookie while i waited for my haircut next door went through drive through ate the cookie... went inside to use the restroom they were locked asked the (bigger) lady Had a manager shirt latina maybe in 40s to 50s she said"Its open' with a attitude when it was obviosly locked i wenr to try and open it thinking she was right but no it was locked istood there holding my piss for twn min while she just smirked and didnt bother to come check after i just paid doesnt matter ifi ordefed the whole menu or a straw i ended up not being able to use rrstroom and had to drive to thr nesrest gas station Verydisrespectful will never come back here Read more
Ill never patronize another Carls Jr because of this place. You spend $35, then get told they charge for sipping sauce. Even At... That Market Yield, Anyone Should Sue. Read more
This is one of the worst Carl?s Jr. I?ve ever been to. They only had one car in front of me in the drive through and had me... waiting upwards of 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and then asked me to pull around to the front to continue waitingupwards of another 15 minutes for them to bring my food out. Skip this location. Read more
It was ok burger and ok service. But they really need to do something about restroom.(It smells bad)
Usually a fast drive thru during lunch. So far I never had my special order made wrong.
Ordered breakfast burritos and they used to be decent size and full. This was ridiculous and they aren't cheap at all!!! I mean... atleast fill with egg, that's cheap! Geez but nahhh nothing. Won't go back. Read more
I placed an order at 10:48pm last night, and I'm assuming they closed at 11--by 1055 the lights were off. When I received my... food at 1052, my jalapeño double cheeseburger was room temperature. The cheese would not melt, and the Santa fe sauce andtomato actually cooled the patties as I decided whether to ask for a replacement. When I went through the drive through again,hoping for a hot meal, they did not answer. I have attached two photos of my burger (you can see the cheese isn't meltingbecause the burger isn't warm) as well as a photo of the outside of the building, before 11pm. Read more
